Vaacum forming

This manufacturing process combines heat, atmospheric pressure, and a vacuum to develop different sheet materials, which are
then evaluated and selected based on the mechanical and/or aesthetic characteristics required by the client.

MATERIALS

ABS, ABS+PMMA (acrilyc), ABS+PU(soft touch) PST(polystyrene), PEHD(polyethylene), KOBLEND(pst+pe blend)

Polyurethane injection (PU)

Low or medium-density (39/40kg/m3) polyurethane injection is a process that complements thermoforming. Polyurethane is injected between two thermoformed shells, where the resin expands and polymerizes, allowing for the creation of a single sandwich body without gluing. The result is even in terms of robustness and consistency and has excellent thermal insulation properties.

This technique is widely used for household fridge doors and cold rooms, or to support bathroom furniture such as shower trays and columns.
